ST. JANE HOTEL FINANCING MEMORANDUM

This 70 page financing memorandum was for the St. Jane Hotel in downtown Chicago, IL. Included is the mood board, cover, select interior spreads and the back cover. Initial research and design began by being inspired by the building’s architecture and history, the Carbon and Carbide building. I chose the design pattern that is incorporated throughout the OM, based off of the building’s Art Deco exterior. The colors and typeface were within JLL’s brand standards at the time of creation.
