CPA Site Redesign
Website Redesign, UX, UI, Art Direction
Challenge
The existing Contract Packaging Association website had become outdated both visually and functionally. Key users—brand managers, co-packers, and contract manufacturers—struggled to find relevant information, and the site lacked clear hierarchy, modern usability, and mobile responsiveness. The site needed a complete visual overhaul and UX improvement to increase engagement, encourage membership, and better communicate the association’s value.
Approach
I took a user-first, content-driven approach to redesigning the website, focusing on clarity, accessibility, and visual trust. The strategy aimed to elevate the organization’s digital presence while improving navigation for both prospective members and industry partners. With the use of the brand design guidelines and template structure, these mock-ups were built in Sketch, and then handed off to the web developers.
Outcome
The redesigned mockups were met with enthusiastic approval from the CPA board and served as the foundation for the full website rebuild. The refreshed design positioned the organization as more modern and authoritative, helping them better support and grow their member base.
